FORM is an all in one wellness platform centered around Pilates, strength training, and mindfulness. The film series brings the platform’s expert led workouts to life, combining movement, instruction, and a refined visual language designed to make fitness feel focused, accessible, and engaging.

Each lesson was filmed with a strong emphasis on the instructors’ form and technique, using precise framing and controlled camera movement to clearly communicate each exercise. The visual style remains clean and minimal, preserving the polished aesthetic that defines the FORM brand while keeping the focus on movement and instruction.
